A brief contact with H&H Bros explaining my demise. Much better than just an apology, they replied very quickly and sent a new replacement belt. Customers cannot expect better service. I am a very grateful customer.

(The order was shipped from the dealer quickly but as usual ( no fault of H&H BROS ) the Mail service was very slow. )
