    Mindful meditation for children

    My grandson is very much into this. He doesn’t even realize he is Meditating. He loves Encanto and pretends he is Bruno so he is really into seeing visions. So he sits and assumes a meditative stature and is very comfortable with all of the exercises. I love these cards. Very imaginative, thoughtful, carefully chosen words. The characters on the cards are very calming even the “scary” ones. I would recommend for anyone. Even adults.
