      Excellent Replacement Part

      It came with 2 new velcro anchoring strips. I bought one of these in-store (Menards/Honeywell) in the past and they were not included. It's also custom fit, so you'll likely need a pair of scissors to get the width correct. It's nice to have spares.

      Charcoal Filter

      I buy it mainly to keep pet hair and dust build up on the blades. Less vacuuming of the blades and motor for longer use….tower fans mainly. As far as the odor…not my concern….no filter will eliminate that…just don’t be a slob about yourself
