    I previously owned one as a teenager so I was excited at chance to own a similar one. I am familiar with the working features. When this seller described it as new, I didn’t hesitate. I assumed it would be in FULL WORKING ORDER. This is an animated item. When it rings, its belly and head moves up / down, and when picked up the eyes open. It should say phrases when the phone rings too. The item I received had burst batteries inside. No phrases. Seller stated no refunds. Bad description.

    Check photos on the listing. There was no damage to the hands, and I did not sent batteries with it. buyer claimed something other than item I shipped. Should not have damaged hands or busted batteries.
