    Contacted the twice after purchase to get shipping updates by the second week they finally shipped. I understand it’s business and I knew it would take a little bit of time to get it. But after purchase three weeks later, I receive my sub frame with two layers of saran wrap, and a shipping label on it. I paid for shipping and handling if you didn’t have a box big enough for it. it should have at least been saran wrapped to keep it protected
