      The picture of the item clearly shows eyehooks in each of the charms so that they can be used for making jewellery. Not one of the charms has an eye hook, making them useless to me. I tried to contact the seller directly, and a message came up saying that the messages were being monitored for fraud or scamming, or something like that, and it would not let me send the message with or without pictures showing that I didn't receive what I ordered. Very disappointed. Waste of money.
