    Seller was extremely responsive. Printer was shipped via FedEx and they kept damaging printers in transit. Seller was very diligent in sending replacements until one finally arrived via UPS instead in great condition on the third try. Seller was away during part of the time but he kept in frequent communication to rectify the situation until he could return to straighten everything out and get the printer delivered by a different carrier. Customer service was excellent.

    great printer, even better price

    Printer was exactly what I was looking for. A device for quick accurate printing of medical testing results. Handles fairly large print cartridges, and easy to replace cartridges. So far reliable. I anticipate it will continue to be as replacement printer, former printer (6988) was in hard use for over 8 years.

    Only problem was that it didn’t come with a cord or the piece of plastic that covers the paper compartment. Luckily I had both from our previous printer.

    Loving this printer! They don't make them like this anymore!! Excellent quality (not cheap plastic like the new ones made today!) So happy I found this on ebay, sold by a very honest seller!! :-) So happy with the printer! Very clean and works perfectly, exactly how it was described! :-)
