Items arrived in new condition, but in different packaging in the same parcel. Generally; meets expected quality for price paid. One bulb is easy to open and close. I expect this is how the product ought to work. The other bulb is hard to open. I feared breaking it while trying to open it! With a small screwdriver, I got into the safe. It doesn't really work as expected, which is a disappointment.
