    Eliminates the mess

    I love this item! I quit baking pies from scratch years ago because of the mess I would make all over my counter top with the pie dough and the flour. Using this bag has revitalized my desire to make homemade pies for my family again. The dough is easy to roll out, flour is not all over the kitchen counter, and the only clean up is the bag. It cleans up easily with soap and water.

    Pie Crust Bag

    This product makes creating wonderful pie crusts "a piece of cake" (to mix metaphors). I like this larger size because it provides me with room for error. Also I can use this size for my French Tart and deep-dish pie pans. The smaller size does not allow me to do that. I always buy two bags at a time, just in case I have a puncture or the zipper gets a little clogged up with dough. These bags make lifting the crust into the pie pan a cinch. I never make pie crusts without them. I would give this product five stars if the plastic was thicker. The bags do not last very long due to the thin plastic.
