    The order arrived damaged with the cap open even though the item was packed in bubble wrap. The order had leaked everywhere. I assume this was a logistics issue and to do with the transit of the order in the post. I reached out to the seller Gudz UK who agreed to give me a full refund. I can't blame the seller here as they have been so understanding. These things do happen from time to time, and I hope the seller gets this delivery issue resolved with Royal Mail.

    I have given this a positive but this is for the price only. On arrival the packaging was wet inside as the bubble wrap pocket was sticky with leaked shampoo, hence less liquid. The secondary packaging was insufficient to keep the product tight & upright hence the leakage. Please view attached photos. Suggestion, fastening the tops with tape, for transit, might solve the problem of leakage. Recommendation to this seller. A.Smith

    I ordered on the 29/05, they said they sent untracked on 30/05, yet it arrived on the 11/06 by Tracked 48??? I nearly put a claim in, and had no response to my earlier email.     Fab product at a cheap price

    I always use the Burt's Bees range and this one takes my number 1 spot. It moisturisers for a few hours and it tastes/ smells good too. The price is fantastic compared to anywhere else 😊
