Not even close to used condition. Poor package arrived with cracked side panels and third party keyboard. Broken wifi antenna and a lot dent on top panel. I can buy a better condition used pc for lower price, why would I paid premium price for a damage return computer from someone? And Adrian really provides no help on my issue.
