    The Item was as described when it finally arrived, so no issues with the item, my issue for Neutral Feedback is, I Paid on 4/14, Shipping label created on 4/16, no updates after that, sent Msg to seller on 4/22, no response, sent another Msg to seller on 4/23 when item should have arrived, got no response again but shortly after, update received that Post Office received item for shipping, item was received on 4/29. It took 15 days!
