    First exercise machine I actually like and use!

    This actually gives me real exercise. My thighs burn, and if I concentrate, I can use my abs too. I work up a good sweat. I'm 68 years old, and have some bone and muscle issues due to a horse wreck, and this machine doesn't bounce me around, or work me too hard. Since I am the one driving it, (no electricity), I can go as fast or as gently as I need to. This is no impact, but still good exercise for me. I would have given it 5 stars, except for the hard seat. I put four layers of foam on it, and now it is comfortable to use. I "ride" it for 15 minutes, 6 days a week.

    My review- I'm 59 and 30 lb overweight

    It's quiet and it's doable- there's a lot of us that just won't do it if it's too challenging- small footprint and as you use it you can choose whether to work your midsection harder or your legs harder- and yes I can feel it in my legs and midsection- pad the seat tho!
