I washed it which remedied the issue. Also the metal hinge thing is worthless, so you should just remove it. Don't misunderstand me, this really is a good knee brace for the price. I'm 65 and I use it to work out. Great knee support!!!

As soon as they got notified it shipped they refunded me! I really appreciated that!! Thank you. I would shop in your store again because of the way you handled my situation.
