The sanded finish and welds look good and you could polish it to improve the finish. The band clamps have sharp edges and fit tight so use some care to not scratch the tank. I was able to remove scratches with abrasive pads. I cleaned the tank seal surface with the pads and put light grease on the cap seal to make it work smoothly. Clean inside first. Fast, good packaging.
