I contacted the seller who apologised and said it was a mistake they would send one. They said a carrier would collect the sago and sent a QR label for the address. No carrier called, I printed the label and posted the sago on at the post office. The seller then asked me if the package had arrived (presumably the replacement sarong). I replied that it had not. Eventually I requested a refund but have heard nothing. Terrible service.
