      Absolutely disgusting seller bought this it was a squish penguin so I said I would like a new one he said ah yes must be the delivery what done it then I get a message later saying that that’s how it comes so a squish penguin nothing like the picture then I say ok il just take a refund but he expects me to reta awful broken item and spend £20 in fuel then he said I’m trying to commit fraud over £3 and then says if I contact him one more time he will get police involved for harassment don’t buy

      Item arrived damaged in the post. Seller agreed to a refund once they had received my return. I sent the item 1st class by royal mail and collected from my address. Royal mail have lost my return. Because I sent jewellery 1st class I "breached royal mails conditions". So I haven't got my earrings which I paid for, and I've lost money on the postage. This could have been avoided if the earrings had been packaged better. Good communication from the company, but I wouldn't order from here again 🙁
