Great Product; obsolete disc
I have successfully now placed 5 Hi-8 tapes on my computer drive. But it was totally impossible with the disc provided. The disc provided had a date o April 2008, and was made for Windows XP. My windows 10 computer would not run it, even if I put XP in the settings for it to run as such. Customer Service was a phone number that gave a busy signal. The company (Pinnacle) had a website, and I downloaded a big program; took over a half hour to download. But that program of Pinnacle for Win 10 64 bit worked beautifully, and thus I was able to do what I wanted to do. I am still not able to get these files on a DVD, but that is probably more the problem inside my own computer than the Dazzle.
