My experience was that I purchased an item on June 23 with a guaranteed delivery by June 28 and on the 29th. It still hadn’t even been picked up to be shipped out. So I contacted the seller only to have him blame the parcel service for the problem. I expressed that I was not happy and yes, he did give me a full refund,butHe never even bothered to put to put the package on the truck.
