    The transfer pump I ordered did not work at all. It was listed as brand new, in box, which it appeared to be. I contacted the seller 6 days ago, more than enough time to respond. They have not responded. They should have said that the pump did not work and that it needed repair. They do not accept returns, so I took a chance. I won't do that again. This seller is dishonest and I would never buy from them again. I currently have the pump being repaired at my own expense. UGH! what a criminal.

    Not for low-pressure systems! Hookup adapters may not be easy to find

    Very easy system for most folks to install. But my undersink plumbing was 40 years old, and I knew I needed an adapter for my 1/4 line to the faucet. So I got some pipe plumbing parts (NPT thread), not realizing that my connectors had a finer thread and would not connect! I live an hour from town, and only go once a week, so I was bummed. I have a lot of spare and used material on hand, so I spent hours trying to rig up a way to plumb this in. Should have been very simple, but it was not! I finally rigged up a workable system, and then found that the water flow was so restricted by the filter's high level of filtration that it took a full minute to fill a glass of water! I had read 'cautions' on other products that they would not work well with gravity-flow water, but I thought my spring ...

    This system will save you money!!

    No more buying overpriced bottled water!! The filtered water I have now is noticeably cleaner & much better tasting than bottled water. I would have given it 5 stars however, I did have to make a Home Depot run to buy an extra Ferrule which should have been included with the hardware because I had to cut down my supply line 2" to accommodate the supply connector. Other than that easy install & works great!!!

    great filter for the $

    comes with filter and faucet. my supply line was 3/8". the adapter supplied is for 1/2", so i had to get a 3/8" adapter.
