I bought one of these at Christmas and this one did not have the cellophane wrapper as the one I bought brand new . Once I opened the box the charging cable bag was ripped opened, which shows the screwdriver had been an opened and at the very least charged. None of the driver bits seemed to be used, the screwdriver functions correctly and seems to be in new condition.

There were long pauses between communications, then in order for you to return the wrong items, I was "required" to take photos. It took forever before receiving a label to return the wrong items and a long delay in my refund being processed. Once I brought to their attention they shipped the wrong items, they should have sent me a return label. The product was new however the homemade box bad.
