I sent the item 1st class by royal mail and collected from my address. Royal mail have lost my return. Because I sent jewellery 1st class I "breached royal mails conditions". So I haven't got my earrings which I paid for, and I've lost money on the postage. This could have been avoided if the earrings had been packaged better.
