    Came damaged due to inadequate packaging - but it's ok. That happens.What shouldn't happen (but did) is for the seller to tell me that they can't control what the USPS does (ok, true), so I need to file a claim myself to get reimbursed. After *4* days of asking for a full refund, I finally got it today. This is not how returns should work. I have never given negative feedback, and after careful consideration, I decided not to. Instead, I just won't purchase from this seller again.

    Sorry it happened this way as this was the first time I've had to go through this. The vase was bubble wrapped and the box was packed full of paper so the vase wouldn't move. The box got bent so that caused it to break. You asked for a refund everyday since the 11th. Ebay gave me till the 15th to issue a refund and I did on the 14th once I found out what I was supposed to do. Have a blessed day!
