    We appreciate the shorts at the fair price and the timely shipping. The only disappointing part was that upon inspection of the athletic shorts immediately after receipt today, while it seemed new and had the tags, there were stained areas that were not disclosed. Pictures attached.

    The phone is in very good condition, not excellent as the listing described. There are two screen defects that were not visible in the listing photos. Photos of the screen were taken at angles that obscured these flaws, which is a deceptive marketing practice.

    I did not know that there were defects on the screen as my eye is not as discerning as others. Phone was listed as Used and not New and at a price point less than what others were listed without even the accessories or original packaging. I even offered a full refund or a partial refund if the buyer wanted to keep it, along with paying shipping but the buyer chose not to except to leave a negative feedback.
