The laptop was brand new and function well. I end up returning the laptop because of the OLED screen. There is PWN flickering at about 30% screen brightness and causes my eyes to strain. The return took about 3 weeks to get a full refund. I was not charged a restocking fee. I would purchase from them again in the future but will avoid OLED and MINI-LED screens.
