    Seller shipped in an unpadded #10 envelope. He jammed two cards in a top down that was built for one. As other buyers were refused refunds, I utilized eBay Buyer Protection. Seller contacted me and offered a full refund if I would revise negative feedback. He then purchased a $.99 card so I took pictures of all the steps that I take to safely ship and sent to him. Blocked his account. BEWARE!!!
