I again fell into the fedex trap accidentally no deliverer was mentioned..The item wasn't delivered on 4/5/25 their first" attempt" and I was home! They probably didn't even get out of their truck! I'm very grateful to "Jim" who arranged for another date of 4/6/25 in customer service at the fedex corporate office.Otherwise I'd still be in limbo. Negative for HP store & Fedex drivers who stink!
