That finally didn’t trick when I told the USPS rep that their performance was more than subpar and unacceptable. Same thing happened to another item one week prior. And with only three major delivery companies, they don't have much incentive to do their job very well. Actually, we only ship via UPS and USPS since Fed Ex caused thousands of dollars in damages to our products many years ago and refused to assume fault.
