SeLLer Did Great Job with Customer service, I was ready to call it Quits after 2nd failed Delivery! But seller sent a replacement out over night ! “I HIGHLY Recommend This SELLER “ Great job! Carrier delayed package a day which made things even worse. The 2nd order the packing team upgraded package to a cooler but unfortunately the wrong size icepack was used which depleted quicker than expected in Arizona HEAT. We always make it right as you see but we learn from our mistakes, so thank you again for your patience and understanding.

The ice pack was hot, and yet, due to the way my Nannochloropsis was shipped, it was very much ALIVE! It was a good, dark green color. It’s quite thick.
