The mouthpiece was packed safely and securely, which is how it arrived. While I'm not sure it's right for me, that's a personal thing. There is nothing about it that wasn't described.     The Picture is not what you receive

    The drum head is what you expect in quality however the picture of the drum head is not what you receive and I am surprised they have not changed it even after I held a phone conversation with them and they are aware that it is not correct ! I purchased the head because I wanted it as pictured, with the large logo so I could use it to have it autographed. It is a drum head with the small Ludwig 3-circle logo (on this picture at the bottom) on the top of the head and does not have the iconic large Ludwig logo on the top. When I spoke to them about it they said, it is a picture of a 22" bass drum head used for this posting and that the head as pictured was not available. They have agreed to try to send me a sticker to put on the drum head of the old Ludwig USA script logo, not the one ...
