I went with the large sizes seen here and had to use the stand that came with the sh figurearts kaido, though I'm sure any stand would work. Quality is really good. Has a nice feel and weight to it. It is heavy so watch the peg on your Luffy or gear 5 Figure. Overall would highly recommend and I will probably be buying myself some for when my gear 5 comes.
