When I provided photos of damage, seller was rude, ignored my explanations, and didn't believe me. Disputed my return claim despite clear photo proof. eBay resolved the case to my favor. Avoid, avoid, avoid - save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable seller who properly packages items and owns up to their mistakes instead trying to wiggle their way out it.
