All the Pros are explained in the listing. Comes with ok bike lock The Cons: I don't recommend at all to 5'9"+. The battery life without pedaling is VERY low. I'd say 8 miles tops. Handlebars not adjustable, the sit range isn't great. The battery doesn’t last as long as it said and and there’s been just a couple other small things however, the dealer himself has been excellent about responding to each thing and having an answer and coming up with a solution so all in all, I’d have to say the experience has not been bad just a little lengthy  the seller has been fantastic the value and appearance are good
