Seller refused to resolve the issue and told me to take the matter up with eBay. I didn't know how to move forward with a return of broken item and contacted ebay and they told me how to proceed and I relayed to buyer. They were not pleased with the process. Also when buyer asked for initial refund no proof of a broken item was included, i.e. photo. And package was wrapped the same as all my other Betty Boops and they arrived fine with no complaints or damage. I bubblewrapped and added paper for cushion also marked box fragile on all four sides
