The inner box was a little worn and had indeed been opened at one time, but when I opened it, it was clear that the turntable had never been removed from the box. It was in effect brand new in perfect condition with all original packing and accessories! I'm very pleased with ListenUp!

It arrived in perfect like new condition as described.There was an issue though with a loose block of wood inside boucing around so i contacted them and quick response. After talking we decided that I take speaker out and find issue. I found a loose block of wood inside so removed and put speaker back in subwoofer and it was all fine.They were nice enough to give an extra refund.
