I never purchase gadgets on ebay, but this was a win for me. - Fast shipping! Arrived to me across the country within 2 days of ordering. - Brand new as far as I can tell! Couldn't even tell that it was "open box." The original screen protector was still on it as well. - As other stated, the packaging was minimal but it was totally safe, especially being in the original Kobo packaging that is very sturdy.

Everything works perfectly, so I think getting an "open box" from this seller it's a great way to get a new item for less of its official price. Also, it arrived earlier than expected! Packaging could improve, but fortunately the Kobo box didn't get damaged as it was wrapped in bubble wrap. However, I was concerned it could arrived broken. Please keep this in mind for future orders!
