    When we received the package, one side of the box was clearly damaged. I opened the box and found one cup was broken into several pieces. I reached out to the seller and asked for a partial refund due to the damaged cup and they agreed! I believe the damage was due to the shipping carrier and not the seller, but I appreciate their willingness to assist!
