    Expected your item to be packed so poorly that it arrives damaged or broken. Worst part is I messaged him right after purchasing it and asked him to please pack it very well to avoid damage. He put a 40+ year old art print between 2 pieces of cardboard and didn’t even tape it shut all the way. Needless to say my art was damaged. Both bent and scratched from rubbing on the cardboard with nothing between it to protect it. His solution was an insult of offering to refund me 2% of what I paid
