    I bought a 1TB HDD. I used it for a few days, moved about 200GB of important information and suddenly the hard drive stopped working, it didn't make any noise, I tried to use it via SATA and USB to SATA but no results, I talked to the seller to ask for warranty but he asks me to send the drive back, I can't do it because I'm out of the country and it will cost me more to send the hard drive back than to buy a new one, I expressed this to the seller and he really didn't care, dont buy hdd

    Very respectable drive and works well for backup

    This is an internal SATA drive, however I am using it as an external USB 2.0 drive. It works great. In benchmarking the transfer of 7.6 GB data from a Lenovo Ideapad with a Ryzen 7 8845HS processor and 16 GB of RAM, the time it took was 4m 17s. That works out to around 237 mb/s, so that's quite respectable. You can never achieve the 480mb/s rating of USB 2.0 in the real world.

    Toshiba Sata 1tb Hard Drive Review

    So far works perfectly. The only thing that I wasn’t to happy with is that when I ordered it, it had a guarantee delivery date and it wasn’t until 5 days after the date did I finally receive the item! But I did take in consideration of the holiday. So, with that, its all good!
