    I use it because it is easy to remove with water. There is a little negative having to wait for it to dry but it is still better than other liners. FC

    This is the best eyeliner!

    It stays on, especially if you use a primer, e.g. Urban Decay's eyeshadow primer. If you use both, it will last without smearing or running until you wash it off. I LOVE this stuff!
