However, the seller was great to work with, professional and very responsive to messages. I explained the state of the differential when it arrived and shared pictures of the damage it had sustained. The seller provided excellent customer service and issued a full refund immediately. I would absolutely work with this seller again as long as packaging was improved.

I kept getting answered with questions as through I was not asking. I felt I was being ignored! Once I brought the concern to the sellers attention. Communication was very much improved. My hope is this item will work with no problem. It unfortunately will b after the 30day warranty has expired before I can get the milage changed and installed. So far I would recommend this seller. The warranty should be at least 90day

In the meantime I did see others that were free shipping, but I did try to negotiate with the buyer on the shipping cost and they refused. Otherwise, it seems to work fine. Considering I paid $30 for shipping cause it took a long time to arrive. I don’t wanna downgrade these people, but this is the truth.
