Just pop off the battery cover of the remote to reveal the ID tag and take a clear photo to send. As recommended, I took them to a local locksmith and unfortunately he was unable to reprogram them! However, I took them to a second locksmith and they now function perfectly. In total, 2 key fob's plus programming-------About $150!!! Image #1 has a skin, #2 is the item.
