    Very nice, older fishing rod, that unfortunately, showed up with some minor damage. Fixable, yet no less disappointing. The package was smashed/bent and took 16 days to arrive, 12 of which with no tracking. All said, the seller was very helpful, understanding and easy to work with. They responded to my messages promptly and in the end, offered a fair and reasonable refund amount, for my troubles. One we were both good with. Thank you for making the best of a less that favorable situation.

    Item arrived in great condition and as-described from the seller. The only issue I had with the order was that it was shipped from Puerto Rico, not California like the listing said. The item took 3.5 weeks to arrive, not the few days that was estimated. Seller had great communication through the whole process, but I was a little frustrated by the lack of transparency with shipping location. I still would have bought it had it said Puerto Rico, but would have been aware of longer shipping.
