One of the pedals had a bad bearing and the seller was quick to respond and send a new pedal. The rear shock is not adjustable and i don't weigh enough to make it work so a adjustable shock was installed an made big difference. Fed Ex was very slow but not the sellers fault.

Looked like a kid stapled it together and had no idea how to run a copy machine. They need an English speaking employee to edit the instructions and wording. Got the bike with the biggest battery you can find in both voltage & amperage. Where i live we have hills and it sucked that battery down to 1 bar in 18 miles, not 80 with pedal assist. I need 2 batteries hooked up all the time

Tifgalop helped me out and fixed the situation very good company!! the price on it was good and the way the scooter looks its not like any other scooters i have, it looks awesome!! RECOMMEND SELLER A++ please buy with confidence they're a good company give them a chance and you will be happy.. i will buy more in the near future!!
