Seller was very diligent in sending replacements until one finally arrived via UPS instead in great condition on the third try. Customer service was excellent.

    Kodak Printer

    I bought my first Kodak printer in 2013, a Hero 4.2. Their free tech support is by far the best I have ever experienced on any product! When my Hero died at 3 1/2 years old I went to purchase another one, only to discover they no longer make anything close to the Hero. I was nervous about buying a used printer but desperate to have one similar to my Hero I purchased this one. I could not be happier with this printer. It uses the same ink cartridge as the Hero, which I had ten of. I do a lot of photography so I buy ink in bulk. Shipping was fast and the printer arrived in pristine condition.
