    Poor quality.

    Don't buy it. This Empanada maker is not a cutter in the reverse side. It cuts the template in half. Doesn't work. The bottom round shape needs to be deep enough to avoid cutting the template in half.

    Trying to use up egg roll wrappers

    I tried making my own egg rolls like I always do but my hand shakes so bad I ended up tearing up the rappers instead of accomplishing anything. I decided instead to make a large dumplings and this came in handy to use with the wrappers and the wrappers for the right size for it.
