      " Reliable"

      Bought this Staples MailMate to replace a MailMate that I had for about 10 years. Was so glad i found it on e-bay because i found the 1st one to be very reliable and easy to use. The 2nd one is exactly the same and so far working well. Just remember, always check mail for solid objects (coins, paper clips etc) before putting in shredder. That is what did in my 1st one. It's a credit to it that it lasted so long after that incident a few years ago when charity groups were putting in hidden coins, etc. Thank goodness the powers that be stopped that. Nowadays all solid objects must shown through a clear window on envelope. The 1st MailMate probably would have lasted another 10 years if not for the injury to the nylon spacers between the blades that happened because of the hidden ...
