Wasn't too happy with how FedEx handled the package, but how the carrier throws boxes around shouldn't reflect poorly against a seller. If this item hadn't sold for so cheap and I'd bought it full price from the retailers I'd personally advise to spend the extra money and get an actual snow blower, this thing is rather heavy and still almost as much work as a regular shovel

Battery arrived in a bag, was manufactured 5 years prior, and had scuffs. Obviously used. The seller however was responsive and at first offered a 2/3 refund, I demanded a full refund and seller agreed. While I will never do business with seller again, the seller did make this situation right with a full refund so I am not leaving a negative comment. Seeing others comments this is a trend.
