    Ebay does not allow phone numbers and we must communicate via email in the Ebay platform in which we did 9 minutes after you reached out to us. 12:10PM I received my package but my countersunk head screw where not in the package when got home package had a hole where someone took them out or fell out 12:19 PM Please open a case with Ebay and we will issue you a refund. We ask that you kindly retract this false feedback
