    Shipping and packaging were fine, but as described this item was supposed to fit a 2009 Toyota RAV4, and when I receive the item, it was too small. I notified the seller, the seller offered a refund, but I did not care about the refund I only cared that they start updating their description so that the right part fits the right vehicle. I ended up having to purchase from a different seller which allowed me to provide my VIN number and they verified that it would fit my vehicle.
